Do you love embossing? Any kind of embossing? Then I have the perfect challenge for you. This week at Glitterbabe any kind of embossing goes. Wet or dry, hand or machine. This week's challenge is being sponsored by Helen Laurence, owner of Ellephantastic Cards And Crafts Shop!
Here is my card. I used the snowflake embossing folder with my cuttlebug. I used the Snow Day papers from Crate Paper. Love it!!! Just remember you must add some glitter on your project. I added stickles at the ends of the scarf. Have fun and remember to link your card here with inlinkz at the bottom of the post. Be sure to also check out what the rest of the Team did. You have until Wednesday night to submit your project.

Please see The Stamping Bazaar post for all the details. The challenge goes on until Friday, October 8th, 11:59pm EST and of course there will be PRIZES!!
The Patriotic Eagle and Soldier Pug digis have been created especially for the occasion of this challenge! They will be released at the end of the challenge, and after the winners have been announced.
Grand Prize of both the Patriotic Eagle and Soldier Pug digis PLUS one (1) digi of choice from the TSB store given to one winner chosen at random,
One (1) Patriotic Eagle digi to a Honorable Mention winner chosen by Marina Neira,
One (1) Soldier Pug digi to a Honorable Mention chosen by DT Coordinator Kellie Winnell.
Want to see two MORE upcoming digi stamps: The TSB Blog has some cards made with Hansel with Present and Jolly Josie from the DT! Here is my card using Hansel with Present. Papers are from Crate Paper - Snow Day and the coloring is with Stampin' Up markers and blender! Lots and lots of fussy cutting here.
Keep an eye on the TSB blog and Facebook page for Hansel with Present and Jolly Josie release dates!
Isn't this exciting?! Time to go and get those Christmas Challenge cards done before the challenge ends on Friday, October 8th at 11:59pm EST! Remember to check OWH's guidelines for cards you'll be sending to our heroes (which is really the point of our challenge.) And have fun!

Got Milk?
I bring to you this card that has a little humour. I used the Marina Neira stamp from The Stamping Bazaar. I used the Prima Paisley Road papers to create my cookies. The holes were made from my cropadile. I had a brown circle underneath to give an impression of chocolate chips. It's surprising that these papers which are on the feminine side worked with my image. Once again I used my i-rock from Imaginisce. Coloring is with the Stampin' Up markers and waterbrush. TFL!

What Do You Get
When you mix a Marine Neira stamp and Prima? Sweetness and beauty. I have been doing a lot of boy cards lately and when The Stamping Bazaar released Susie With Pie and Nancy With Bouquet I was literally jumping up and down in my chair. DH kind of looked at me and gave me that look that said "You're a strange girl". I knew these 2 images would need a lot of Prima love! I wasn't wrong.
Meet Nancy With Bouquet!
Papers used are from Prima (Annalee)
Flowers are Prima and Petaloo
Sentiment are from Hero Arts
Coloring with WaterColor Wonders from Stampin' Up
Now meet Susie With Pie
Papers are Prima (Fancy Flora)
Flowers are Prima and handmade
Leave stems and mini flowers are Prima
Gems are from Imaginisce using the I-rock
Coloring is with Watercolor Wonders from Stampin' Up
Here is the full card
And here is a side view to see that it's a standing card. My first try at this and I just love it.
TFL!!!
PS There is some exciting news so be sure to come back!!!

Guest DT for Better Living Through Scrapbooking
Better Living Through Scrapbooking is a new challenge blog with awesome challenges and super prizes that can be won if you participate. The weekly challenges which are posted every Sunday really get you to think outside of the box. You are required to use at least 2 of the 5 prompts.
This weeks challenge was all about fashion disaster. I immediately thought of my elementary school days and the clothes our parents dressed us up in. I had a whole lot of fun going through my pictures. Then I stumbled on this class photo. I was in grade 3 and I was one of the tallest girls in class and remembered I was never seated. I used prompts 1, 2 & 5 for my page. For more details check out Better Living Through Scrapbooking.
Papers and stickers: Basic Grey “Sugar Rush”; Transparencies: Basic Grey; Alphas: American Crafts Thickers, Cosmo Cricket, My Little Shoebox; Buttons: Stampin’ Up & Basic Grey.
Here is my fashion disaster titled "Quick Call The Fashion Police!" TFL!

Basic Grey Challenge and DT Openings
The challenge over at Basic Grey Challenge is paper piecing. Instead of coloring your stamp with pencils, markers and watercolors you use a patterned paper. You stamp the image on patterned paper and cut it out. I completely colored my stamp with paper piecing. As well as having this awesome challenge there is a DT call. If you love Basic Grey this is for me. Many people know I just LOVE Basic Grey and have since I started scrapbooking in 2008. Oh I almost forgot there is a $25 gift voucher for Simon Says Stamp for the winner!!!
My card is done with only Basic Grey papers. The lovely Olivia line and the adorable stamp is Anya from The Greeting Farm. I used the Cherry Blossom Branches from Prima and the gems are attached using my i-rock from Imaginisce. TFL!
