Christmas Challenge at Digi Design Challenge Blog

Wow! Can you believe we are December?  Is anyone ready for Christmas?  If no then this weeks challenge will help you out.  The challenge this week at Digi Design Challenge Blog is Christmas.  Remember Di has lots of digi stamps in her shop and you can get it at Di's Digi Stamps.  We have another wonderful sponsor The Cutting Cafe.  The lucky winner will get 3 items of their choice, you only have to pay shipping if there is any.

For my card I used the image "Snuggle Up Izzy".  I colored using Promarkers.  I used flower soft for the fur on the coat but my glue had tried up and I used the tombow glue and it made it turn beige.  IRL it looks vintage.  The papers are from Memory Box - 6x6 Pixie.  It's a few years old but a goodie.  I created my bow tie & trees using Corel to draw and then save as a SVG.  Then used my favorite cutting machine to cut the shapes. And finally I used stickles for sparkles.  TFL!

I'm Back

Hi Peeps,
It's been a while since I posted.  Life got pretty busy the past year.  I started a new job which turned out to be the best decision I made.  Hard to believe that it's been a year.  I've been crafting here and there the past year but only recently started crafting full time again.  I wanted to show you a card I created this weekend using Basic Grey papers.

I created my card using the super cute image from Pointer Scrapbooking "A Small Flower For You Everyday".  I colored the image with Promarkers.  My favorite alcohol markers.  The orchids were hand made using Basic Grey papers "Dress Me Up" & Prima "Optimist". I paper pieced the fence and dress.  TFL and it's wonderful to be back.
