Spring Watercan for Die-Namites

Hi Everyone,
It's Tina again. First I want to wish everyone Happy Holidays! It's Easter and Passover at the same time this year.

Today I am super excited to show you my card using "Spring Watercan".  Be sure to check out the Die-Namites Blog.  There is always lots of inspiration and wonderful examples on how to use the dies.  If you haven't used a Die-Namites die then you should definately get them.  It's precise cutting the first time and the paper doesn't get stuck in the die.

It is a die that can used for any type of card or project. I curled the flowers a bit so it looks like they are popping out a bit. For my card I went all Prima. From the papers to the flower and bling. The paper is Optimist 6x6. The flower is Symphony Blend Amoroso Pink. The bling is Say It In Crystals. Lastly my favorite butterlies are from the local dollar store. TFL!

Tulip Garden by TIna on the Die-Namites Blog

Hello Everyone!
It's Tina today on the Die-Namites blog. I am super excited because today is my first post. I look forward to bringing you inspiration and getting to know you all.

Today I am sharing a card that is using the Tulip Garden die.

For my card I used plain cardstock with the Tulip garden die, I then used a pattern paper for the second layer to add dimension. I then used the other side of the pattern paper to create a border which was the waste after cutting with the die. The papers are from Authentique 6X6 paper pad: Favorite. The butterflies are from the local dollar store. I used distress ink from Ranger. TLF!

Include a Heart(s) Challenge at Digi Design Challenge Blog

Hi Everyone,
It's that time again.  I hope everyone enjoyed the last challenge.  This week's challenge at Digi Design Challenge Blog is great because it will help to create projects or cards in time for Valentine's Day.  The challenge this time is "Include a Heart(s)".  Di has many images to inspire you with your projects so be sure to check it out at Di's Digi Stamps. Our sponsor for the challenge is new.   It is Jaded Blossom.  The winner will receive the stamp below, (winner pays shipping if any).

For my card I used the "Daisy Teddy" image.  I used Promarkers for coloring.  The paper are from My Minds Eye - 6x6 paper pad - Lost & Found Record It!  Once again I tried making a Shaker Card.  This time around I used the wrong glue because it warped the papers.  Next time I will know better.  Still I like the end results - minus the warped papers....lol.  I used my cricut cutter to cut the hearts.  I believe the crystals are by Magnolia garlands.  The butterfly is from my local dollar store.

TFL! Be sure to enter your card here. You have until 11:55PM EST Friday, February 13 to enter. A maximum of 3 entries allowed per person but your creation must be new. There are no restrictions for product or image just make sure it is Winter Themed. If you do use a Di's Digi image you will have a chance to win 2 images from Dis Digi Stamps in addition to the sponsor prize. Good luck to everyone who enters. Once you are at the Digi Design Challenge blog be sure to check out what the rest of the team created.

Our sponsor for the challenge is Crafty Ribbons. The winner will receive a $10 voucher for the shop (winner pays shipping if any).

For my card I decided to go outside of my comfort zone and try out a shaker card.  Although my window is a little larger than I wanted I am very happy with my first attempt.  I learned a lot and next time around it will be much easier.  For this card I used the image "Penny's Balloons". I used promakers for coloring. The papers are from My Minds Eye 6x6 paper pad - Follow Your Heart. I used Distress Ink from Tim Holtz. I used my cricut to cut out the circle's for my shaker card.  The butterfly's and foam were from the local dollar store.  The flowers are from Prima.
